Learning

• How to run a portfolio of small products well with AI, and how to help other owners do the same.
• What actually breaks at month 3, 6 and 12 after a product ships. That is what the "What broke, and the fix" writing will document.

Not doing

• Chasing every new AI tool for the sake of it.
• New product launches this quarter. Ship-and-maintain mode on my own products.
