I help small business owners get practical value from AI.
My name is Sam Jenkins. If you run a small business and you keep hearing that AI is going to change everything, but nobody will tell you what to actually do on a Tuesday morning, that is the gap I work in.
I have spent fifteen years shipping systems people's livelihoods depend on, the kind where things cannot afford to break and someone is relying on it working at 3am. Now I run a portfolio of small products built with AI, and I help other business owners put it to work properly, through my consultancy, Solutions Delivered.
I write about the part nobody else covers: what actually happens after the demo. What works, what breaks, what it costs, and what is safe to ignore. No hype, real numbers, and a UK voice for people who run a business rather than a dev team.
